"Horrible rat experience that never got sorted. Started off a good experience but moment we got into the house we had issues and Pearsons Southampton didn't really do a lot. So after a week of living at the house we heard noises in the loft which turned out to be rats. We spoke to the neighbours as both sides said no they couldn't hear anything. We reported it to Pearsons and they got pest control out."
