Questions
What is BNI Waterlooville?
A new afternoon business referral group that meets weekly at Waterlooville Golf Club. Members are local business owners from Waterlooville and the surrounding area, from financial and professional services to trades and creative industries.
What makes BNI different from other networking?
It’s structured. Members pass each other qualified business referrals, and those referrals are checked and tracked.
How long do members get to talk about their business?
Members get 60 seconds every week to talk about their business, plus a 10-minute slot on a speaker rotation to explain what they do and who they’re looking to be referred to.
Can I join straight away?
Visitors can attend up to two meetings. If you want to become a member, you fill in an application form, which the leadership team reviews. Membership isn’t guaranteed: seats go one per industry, first come, first served.
What does membership cost?
While the group is forming, nothing. BNI doesn’t charge a membership fee until the group reaches 20 members. Alyson will take you through what applies after that.
Is there a cost to visit?
No. It’s free until the group reaches 20 members. Alyson will confirm the details when she gets in touch.
