AI for Trades Businesses in Waterlooville: Keeping Up When You Are on Site
Builders, plumbers and electricians are rarely at a desk. An installed AI agent can cover the messages, quotes and chasers while they are not.
For AI lead follow-up for a trades business near Waterlooville, Dean Keating in Horndean, Hampshire, installs AI agents that answer new enquiries, chase unanswered quotes and book jobs into your diary while you are on site. He builds them, installs them in the tools you already use, and supports them. Call or WhatsApp 07418 627304.

The directory lists 45 builders, 43 electricians and 41 plumbers, 129 in all, as of 10 October 2026. They cover PO7 and PO8: Waterlooville itself, Cowplain, Purbrook, Denmead, Horndean and Widley. Most are small firms where the owner quotes, works and does the paperwork.
That is the problem an agent is meant for. The work happens on a ladder; the enquiry arrives on a phone.
Four jobs worth handing over
1. The first reply. An enquiry gets an answer within minutes, even at seven in the morning when you are under a sink.
2. The quote. The quote goes out, and one that has gone quiet is chased.
3. The diary. A site visit is booked rather than left as a "call me back".
4. The paperwork. Invoices are raised and late payments chased.
All of these are on the list of jobs Dean's website gives for the service. It does not claim any of them removes the need for you to turn up and do the work well.
Starting small
He begins with the single task that makes the most difference. For most tradespeople that is the first reply. Add the rest once you trust it.
You do not have to give up your existing software. The agents are installed in the tools you already use, and your team is trained to work with them.
Honest caveats
Dean is based in Horndean, not in this town, and sets up remotely. His website says he can visit businesses in Hampshire. There is no price list; the cost comes after a free call. Compare other providers and ask a tradesperson who has used one.
