Wellington Retail Park is on Hambledon Road, Waterlooville, PO7 7FG. It is a separate destination from Waterlooville town centre and its store mix can change, so check the individual retailer before making a special journey.
What is at Wellington Retail Park?
The landlord's published 2024 plan lists a mix of food, home, fashion, pet and vehicle retailers. It includes M&S Simply Food, The Food Warehouse, Home Bargains, Matalan, TK Maxx, DFS, Dreams, Bensons, Tapi Carpets, Pets at Home, Jollyes, Halfords, Costa, Wenzel's and Sharps. The plan also marked one unit as available, so this is a useful snapshot rather than a promise that every unit is trading today.
Before you travel
Opening hours and stock: check the retailer's own website for that shop's opening hours, stock, collection service and accessibility information.
Food and collections: confirm the specific store rather than relying on park-wide opening-times listings.
Weekends: leave extra time at weekends and in school holidays, when parking and traffic vary.
Is it the same as Waterlooville town centre?
No. Wellington Retail Park is the Hambledon Road retail destination. Waterlooville town centre is centred on London Road, Wellington Way and the surrounding pedestrian shopping streets. If you are visiting a particular business, confirm its address first.
